Our Pro division is headed up by Joel Broughton a 25-year veteran of King Marketing. Joel’s team of dedicated reps work with our manufacturers who want to target industrial, commercial and trade type distributors. They also work with OEM’s as well as builders. There work is based on two overriding principles
- Superior knowledge of the products that they represent and at the same time knowing the competitors’ products as if it was their own
- Having close personal relationships with the customers they are working with and ultimately selling to.
Our Pro reps are dedicated road warriors, making the calls necessary to get our represented manufacturers products into the hands of the end user. We curate our line card to ensure that we are selling the best feature loaded products we can get our hands on. The reps make “job site” calls where they demonstrate the products to existing and potential customers. They open service centers for companies that require local tool maintenance.
Their work contractor-oriented trade shows at the local level and also internationally such as the Specialty Tools and Fasteners Distributors Association (STAFDA) and World of Concrete (WOC) shows.
